CORe Workshops

Our workshops are designed and tailored to meet the specific needs of your business meaning; it is flexible. We focus on two main areas: 

​

1. Internal practices, such as HR, recruitment, affinity groups, DE&I internal committees, and general DE&I committees that are part of the Market Research Society.

​

2.   External practices within market research such as the importance and benefit of truly diverse and inclusive audiences, representation in research and much more.

 

The format of the workshop is bespoke but typically we would recommend a 1.5-hour session, which we strongly advise, however, we can do shorter sessions if needed. We would also tend to recommend this session to be F2F but it can be hybrid or completely virtual based on your request. 

 

As part of the offering, you will be given the full presentation which also includes numerous resources and supporting materials for your business.Once the session is complete, we will have monthly catch-up sessions to continue supporting your business.To find out more details and costs, please do get in touch.

Latest Workshop; CORe Workshop with The Mix

We did a workshop with a global market research agency, The Mix. The session was just over an hour long, it was hybrid as some of the members joined in from other offices, but the majority of the members were in the room.

  • The main focus for the session was external practices as this was the biggest benefit for the team at The Mix.

  • The session started with an introduction to understanding the importance and benefit of DE&I, as well as the team feeling comfortable talking about it and having confidence in discussing it.

  • This was followed by an interactive session for the team members where they were split into groups and discussed different topics such as the benefits, the challenges, what practices they have now, and, what they can enhance and improve on. The teams then presented back to the room, and we finished off with some information and resources from the Market Research Society.

Since the workshop:

  • The Mix has now formed a DE&I Committee at The Mix! It’s based on the 5 pillars of the MRS Equality Council (thanks to CORe for sharing lots of resources from the MRS).

  • The Mix have had quite a few events throughout March to celebrate International Women’s Day.

  • The Mix also submitted a case study (representation in research) for an MRS Event
